Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

• Cancellation by the Lessee: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing at least 48 hours before the start of the rental period. In this case, you will receive a full refund of any prepaid amount, minus a 10% cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed to the same payment method (bank account or card) used for the original payment. Refunds cannot be issued to a different account or card.


• No-Show or Late Cancellation: If you fail to cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled start date, or if you fail to show up for your reservation (a no-show), the full rental amount will be charged and no refund will be provided.


• Cancellation by the Lessor: We reserve the right to cancel this agreement if the Lessee violates any terms, fails to make timely payments, or if unforeseen circumstances arise. In such cases, any prepaid rental fees will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
